Live Instructor Led Courses
Cognitive Adaptation Training (CAT) Certification
This course provides an advanced understanding of CAT treatment. Successful completion of this certification course signifies competency to provide CAT to those you serve.
Adult Mental Health First Aid (MHFA)
This training teaches participants how to help someone who is developing a mental health problem or experiencing a mental health crisis.
Motivational Interviewing (MI) – Introduction
MI Introduction is a client-centered, nonjudgmental approach that builds intrinsic motivation to change unhealthy behaviors. It uses evidence-based techniques and can be delivered in brief or longer interventions.
eLearning Courses
Cognitive Adaptation Training: An Introduction
The course provides you with an introduction to CAT treatment and presents the rationale for the CAT model; information about assessment, treatment planning, and application of specific interventions for various challenges faced by the individual; and supervision of CAT practitioners.
Cognitive Adaptation Training (CAT) eLearning Certification
This 18-module eLearning course covers CAT from foundational concepts to advanced practice and fulfills the requirements to become a Certified CAT Practitioner. Completed entirely online and at your own pace, it offers a flexible alternative to the live 2-day workshop.
Cognitive Adaptation Training (CAT) for Administrators
As an administrator, you may or may not be familiar with CAT, or even have much experience working with individuals who have mental health conditions. This eLearning course will introduce you to how CAT helps individuals reach their recovery goals and live independently.
Direct Support and Long-term Care Providers
