The following eLearning course must be completed prior to attending the in-person or virtual CAT training.
This course provides you with an introduction to CAT treatment and is the first step to becoming CAT trained. The course presents the rationale for the CAT model; information about assessment, treatment planning, and application of specific interventions for various challenges faced by the individual; and supervision of CAT practitioners. It will take approximately 2.5 hours to complete this course. If you have not successfully completed the eLearning course prior to the in-person or virtual training, you will be asked to reschedule for a later date.
This course provides 2.5 hours of Continuing Education Credits for the following licenses: Psychologist, Professional Counselor, Psychological Associate, Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapist and Chemical Dependency Counselor. Upon successful completion of this eLearning course, you will earn a certificate of completion and (if applicable) continuing education credit.
